Originally, it was a secondary business to a real estate office we ran.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As part of the national and state level Self Storage Associations, we're on top of the latest trends and laws, and we are able to stay competitive on our facility buildings, finances, marketing, laws, options, and personnel. We have a beautiful facility, rebuilt in 2006 and offer clean, bright, well kept grounds and buildings and superbly landscaped yards with a log cabin style office, complete with a fireplace, well stocked supplies, and several monitors featuring our many security features. Additionally, and we think most importantly, 3 generations of Duncan family members can be found in the office daily.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently, only 1 facility with no immediate plans to grow, but you never know.
