Clean and well lit facility offers wider 6' hallways for space and convenience, and 60' drive aisles for safer turn around and parking, including tractor trailers and moving vans/vanlines. We have over 50 digital, recording, infrared cameras and monitor entrance and exit to facility and buildings with coded access and alerts. The best in Chateau locks adorn 97% of all units and individual door alarms alert us if any of these security systems are compromised or bypassed. Basically, we treat your stuff like it was our own treasures with climate controlled storage resembling your own home conditions, temperatures, and dust/humidity control. We're also pretty picky about the type of storage we allow. You won't find garage bands and cars parked inside buildings so your furniture will still smell like furniture and your neighbors will be a lot like you. Originally, it was a secondary business to a real estate office we ran.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As part of the national and state level Self Storage Associations, we're on top of the latest trends and laws, and we are able to stay competitive on our facility buildings, finances, marketing, laws, options, and personnel. We have a beautiful facility, rebuilt in 2006 and offer clean, bright, well kept grounds and buildings and superbly landscaped yards with a log cabin style office, complete with a fireplace, well stocked supplies, and several monitors featuring our many security features. Additionally, and we think most importantly, 3 generations of Duncan family members can be found in the office daily.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently, only 1 facility with no immediate plans to grow, but you never know.
